Dirty. Rice was undercooked and unclean. The pollo asado was good but it's not enjoyable if your teeth ache from biting on cold rice. I went up and told the cashier but was only offered rice on the side. I was okay with it since I don't like wasting food, but this new rice was sour and still had some undercooked rice in it. The restaurant was empty but still dirty somehow too. I would recommend driving a bit further for better options.
I’ve always gotten the same three sides at every chipotle I have ever gone to. There was never an issue with it… This place charged me an extra 1.65 for one of the sides. Just so you know, owner of this chipotle franchise I will never eat at this chipotle again and I eat a lot of chipotle
Portions are really small! I’ll just stick to the one on Hamner & Schleisman they never disappoint me with the portions.
Their customers service is worst, staff doesn't read the order properly when placed online and they talk too much amongst themselves. They miss things in order even after telling explicitly. Worst chipotle I have ever seen. They are new but their customer service is worst. Owners or management has to take note of it many reviews are reporting bad customer service.
