I really like Chipotle, but this location has been extremely inconsistent, and I’m reaching the point where I’m not sure I can continue returning. We typically place mobile orders through the app and pick them up through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, items are consistently missing from our orders. customer service was terrible. The night shift team is extremely rude, and disrespectful. Blonde girl literally ignored us for like 5 minutes, then we eventually got waited on and she said “ what do you want” in an extremely rude voice. We asked for double chicken in one of our bowls and she literally scraped the bottom of the pan and then didn’t say “we can make some more, or we have more.” or anything so we paid for double chicken and only received a half spoonful of one portion. Horrible customer service. No one greeted me when I came in and took them almost 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me to take my order.
