Bad customer service. I left Chipotle feeling really frustrated and disappointed. The staff was rude and made me feel like I was a bother just for placing an order. It completely ruined the experience. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and didn’t taste fresh at all. It’s honestly upsetting to pay for a meal and walk away feeling this dissatisfied. I expected so much better.

I’m genuinely upset after my visit. Rude staff and badly prepared food made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Not worth it at all. The whole team was good, its just that one girl. Super rude. She prepared our food in a very badly manner. Worst experience ever.

This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience at Chipotle. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome the entire time. The food was badly prepared and lacked any freshness or care. It honestly felt like no effort was put into my order. I regret spending my money here and won’t be coming back.
