Chipotle CEO Scott Boatwright said customers could ask for a little bit more. Yet the Hispanic person named Jewels? Or Jude? Put so little beans and rice. I was so upset. There was also barely any lettuce. The black lady put more cheese which I liked. Also the service was slow and delayed since there were 4 chipotle workers at the cash register talking and hanging out. I was ready to pay and leave. The line wasn’t long yet the service from food assembly to checkout was so slow.

If I could, I would give this place -10 stars. The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. This is why I never come here. I hate Chipotle, and if it weren’t for my girlfriend, I would never go there.

Food was absolutely terrible had no taste no flavor and there was a big avocado chunk in my guac. Very very disappointed spent good hard earned money on this The rice had no flavor, but yet was hot so was freshly made wrong and the chips were very, very salty and lemony. They should have added flavor from the chips to the rice to add more flavor to that rice chicken look pink beans were hard as well as the rice and weird because the rice was hot so meant it was made wrong. I wish I could’ve gone to get a refund.
