Let me say straight up, I love me some Chipotle. This location gets busy and due to such does get a little dirty and yes, runs out of product at times. Example, I along with a half dozen others had to wait for chicken and honey chicken because they ran out and where making more. That's a downfall but the upside is 15-20 minutes later I got me some amazing fresh honey chicken which is really that good. I visited the Chipotle on Delaware Avenue at approximately 1:57 PM. Although the employee taking my order was polite when she informed me there would be a 10-minute wait for my protein due to availability, the subsequent experience was truly disappointing. I waited patiently until around 2:20 PM, when I inquired about my order again. Has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Constantly out of food. Employees have the worst attitudes. I just went there on 6/7/26 at 830 and they are out of both rice’s, employees sitting outside swearing up a storm and rolling up/ smoking marijuana right in front of the store
Filthy and disgusting. Last time at that location for me.
The location itself tells the whole story – trash overflowing at the entrance, an empty waste sorting station outside with no actual bins, and a disorganized drink station inside. Basic standards aren’t being met. Refused to serve water. Flat out. The reason given was that “people abused water privileges.” That’s an operational failure on management, not a customer problem. Figure it out. Avoid this location.
