I stop at this chipotle about once a month as I drive through Bakersfield. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful!
Absolutely disgusted in how this location works order to kids meal my daughter has a gluten allergy. I asked instead of for The taco shell to just have extra lettuce. They charged me two dollars for that I didn't get a drink and I couldn't have the chips. I did not get any reimbursement for that. They are complete crooks. Response to below! You responded I think for damage control but there is no way to contact through your website.
Update: After being asked to reach out to support about the ROACHES at their restaurant, I was informed they "can't compensate for every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying" ... which is insane!! It's not like I got crunchy rice or dry chicken, the restaurant has a PEST INFESTATION!!!
