Today, 06/05/26 at approximately 7:30 PM, my boyfriend and I ordered food from your restaurant. While ordering, we noticed that an employee who took over preparing our bowls was not wearing a hair net. At the time, we thought it was unprofessional, but we didn’t expect it to affect our food. I hate to write this bad review because I love chipotle. But this location needs some work, the meat is ALWAYS very dry. Portions are smaller than other chipotles, the water and ice dispenser is very gross. Every time I get a cup of water, cilantro or black stuff comes out, it’s disgusting no other way to put it. Also the work station is often really dirty, the salsas are all mixed together because the workers are going too fast. I understand it’s a busy location but this location really needs to improve.

This Oswega location is so much better than the ones in Aurora, in terms of quality of food, service, cleanliness. Service was good, but with the rush, they did not close the bowls down properly, which caused a leak and spill. Most locations do the same in a hurry. The bowls have to be closed properly.
