Service was horrible tonight. I ordered a salad bowl and the Chipotle sever put rice on it. When I told her I didn't want rice in my bowl, she took my bowl above the trash bin and proceeded to scoop the rice off the salad with her hands and added more salad in it. She returned it back to me and asked me what else I wanted on it. I was really disgusted by her behavior and asked her for a new salad bowl. She looked annoyed that I asked her for a new bowl. What happened to the customer service at Chipotle?
Nice for a quick lunch. Portions are unpredictable tho
