On Sat waiting for 6 mins not only did the girl at the counter not change her gloves after cashing someone out the rice was not cooked disappointed
To the employee in charge of the hot seasoning & salting of the chicken or sofritas in my burrito bowl, who hurt you?!...I've never experienced so much heat & salt from Chipotle ever!...my mouth is on fire!!
Won't serve you in person. Second time I've been told online only at 4pm
Went there yesterday. Asked for a water cup and the employee responded with “yeah, $19.95” then turned his back and started chatting with his colleague. While waiting for our food, which took 40 minutes, we could hear him shouting at another employee in front of customers. When our food was ready the portion was almost half less than normal. These type of fools shouldn’t even be hired in the first place as they are tearing away the reputation of the entire store. A complaint has been filed with Chipotle corporate.... read more
Great quality, however there is an older gentleman who works here who is incredibly rude. Sighed and complained to another customer about me because I asked for an extra tortilla? Also significantly lacked any kindness or courtesy in general. Should be moved to the kitchen and away from serving customers or fired.
