It’s 90 degrees outside and they don’t have AC
The front of house people are really nice, but I’m confused why the line is wrapped past the door and only 1 person is working on the front line? It’s been 20 minutes and the line has barely moved. While I was as waiting in line I just ordered my food online and the gentleman who made it was super nice & my food was done in about 7 minutes while the line was still in the same spot!
I come to this Chipotle a lot, and honestly this location has become extremely frustrating. The food usually tastes good, so the issue is not the food itself. The problem is the service, the portions, and how inconsistent this place is. Almost every time I come here, the line moves painfully slow. It should not take 20+ minutes just to get a bowl, especially when the employees are moving like they do not care. The portions are also consistently weak. 8 employees and was only myself and one other order still took them over ten minutes to serve us, worker was extremely rude and short and wouldn’t even give me a full scoop of rice which is weird but makes sense why he’d be so frustrated when nobody else was helping him. Not coming back to this location every time I come here it’s terrible.
