Dear Chipotle Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received on May 8th around 1:19 PM. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I placed two burrito bowl orders. After the first order, I informed the employee that my second order was also a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, and chicken. However, she began preparing a burrito instead. Awful place, they did not put meat enough. Just put half of regular portion but I paid for whole portion. Very disappointed.
Bad customer service The employees are with attitude and the is not that good I didn't enjoy the food I purchase
I gave Chipotle three stars not because of the quality of the food. the quality is great. I just remember how it used to be before it got corporately bought Chipotle used to have the most amazing cilantro rice. their beans were Smoky. even their tortillas were a little more chewy and but after the big corporations bought it out. from my understanding is the gut work shocked they brought in a bunch of consumers and asked their opinion and it got made more bland more average they still make everything fresh on site like the gu... read more
