Great chipotle location with great service, clean facility and great food!
Have had multiple issues and have reached out twice and never get answered. The last two times ordering from this place they get the order wrong, despite the correct order being on the lid. Last night I asked for guac and double chicken, and didn’t get either, They added cheese instead which I don’t like and didn’t ask for. The last time I placed an order they also didn’t add guac and the double chicken. Not sure what their issue is. But they sure do charge the extras! They just don’t give it to you.
There are some of the absolute rudest people that work here. Seriously, not one of them is polite
A total rip-off with unbearable service. Avoid it. This Chipotle in Stafford is an absolute disgrace. It is, without a doubt, the worst place in the area—both because of the abysmal attitude of the staff and how shamelessly expensive it is. • Ill-mannered employees: The staff displays an arrogant, rude, and high-handed attitude.
