The Chipotle workers sit behind the counter snacking while preparing food. I’ve seen employees use the same gloves that were just all over their mouths to handle the customers food. I even saw a worker filling a bag of chips while actively eating from it with the same gloves, right above the bag. It’s hard not to wonder if crumbs from their mouth are falling into the chips. Maybe that’s also why my bags of chips are always barely full.

We came to dine in, but all of the tables inside and outside were absolutely filthy. The floor wasnt clean. Truly disappointed in the cleanliness inside and outside.

I visited Chipotle this evening around 8:00 PM, and they were already out of lettuce. Rather than having an employee restock the lettuce or notifying customers before they ordered, the staff continued preparing bowls and salads without mentioning that a key ingredient was unavailable. What made the experience even more frustrating was that customers were not informed until they reached the end of the line, right before payment. Very dirty place to eat, the service is very poor, and when cleanliness was suggested, the staff's attitude was aggressive

I always look forward to the guacamole but this time was LARGE chunks of avocado. The asada pollo is extremely flavorful but I can’t help to question if the chicken is frozen and not fresh.
