Unreal. They had a soccer jersey promo bogo. I wore an athletic jersey from rec league that was not even sport specific. The girl said it's not soccer. I said it's rec league. Manager supported her and said no. I told them my friend wore a random jersey and got the bogo earlier and had told me about the promo. They said too bad. We left. Super rude staff.
Bad experience. If you hire staff, they should be trained to be respectful. The young woman who assisted me today was rude and made disrespectful facial expressions and gestures during our interaction. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was working on June 5, 2026, between 8:40 and 8:50 a.m. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.
I've been to many Chipotles this has to be the worst one. Queso look like it had been sitting out for 3 Days workers look so sad and depressed literally five people standing around but no food being cooked. And they need to hire a new prep large onions pieces lettuce not even cut
