Just the other day I had came in at 9PM and waited in line and as soon as I got to order they told me they were out of steak for the night. And then the same thing happened to me again. I get that workers want to be out on time and want to close on time but also not having meat for the rest of the night 2 hours before they close is just frustrating. Do better
I’m not sure if the ladies that took my order were new on the job or just flat out incompetent, because I was literally right in front of them telling them what to put in my bowls and watched as they messed up my order twice! And the steak was cold and the chips were extremely salty, not happy!
If there were an option to give zero stars, that is how I would rate my experience at the Marketplace Drive NW location on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at approximately 2:24 p.m. My husband ordered a burrito, and I ordered a chicken bowl. After receiving our meals, I discovered that every utensil bin contained only spoons—even the bins clearly labeled "Forks." I asked an employee working in the kitchen if she could get me a fork.
