How is this location even still operating ?on top of the food never being fresh the customer service is so horrible.everyone is so rude for no reason including the African American heavy set lady .i come there often because it's close to home but tonight will be my last visit .
For starters, i want to highlight the fact the staff was great!! Very kind and accommodating, in my opinion the staff is great every time i come in. The food tastes like the chipotle you’d expect of course. The only reason i’m giving a review is unfortunately i ordered sour cream on the side and the lid was not put on correctly… so i got home and had sour cream all over my bag and none for my bowl. Besides that everything was great! Just please make sure the lids are on secure for anything ordered on the side lol
Ordered a steak burrito via uber eats. Upcharged for every tiny thing, felt like I was on a cruise ship. Paid the extra $1.70 to get cilantro lime sauce on my steak burrito. Ended up with a burrito that was 92% white rice. Eat literally anywhere else
