Generous portions, staff isn't scared to give full scoops. Love Chipotle and this location is quite far from my house. Worth the drive every time.

Came to this location at 10:42pm. Originally planned to do a pickup but my reward said I needed to use it in store. I’m glad I decided to come in because had I placed the order online, based on my experience tonight, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Totally understand they close at 11pm and want to get closing duties done early but locking the door almost 20 mins early was unexpected and disappointing. My boyfriend and I thought this chipotle was good when we first tried it. It’s convenient because it’s next to our house. But we constantly keep getting food that we don’t eat because it’s either wrong or unbearably SPICY. We love spice but not to the point where something is inedible. The last time I went here I said I’m not going back … I started going to Willys honestly I like the food better at chipotle but the employees at Willy’s make the experience better- well fast forward to a few months later - I said let’s try it again! Honestly - there is zero hospitality and service here - chipotle should realize pay your people more so you can get a decent group of people to work there ! Literally- won’t give it another try again simply due to everyone’s piss poor attitudes that work there !
