So this Chipotle is FAMOUS for never actually unlocking their doors when they open. They are also famous for constantly having “technical difficulties” with their equipment. The workers are frequently short and rude with customers, especially during these times of “technical difficulties”. This is the THIRD time that I’ve placed an online order and they haven’t even started it even though it’s ten minutes past pick up time. This location seems to be struggling more than succeeding.

We come quite often and usually is decent size portions , the last two times that we eat there the portions was much smaller . Today we got 2 take outs and both was small again … disappointing.

I went to Chipotle today and ordered a burrito bowl. By the time the employee finished scooping the chicken, I thought they were seasoning the spoon instead of serving me food. I paid $18 for what appeared to be a “sample platter” handed out at Costco on a busy Saturday. The rice was hiding like it owed someone money, the cheese count was individually measurable, and the lettuce looked emotionally exhausted.
