I online order from this place all the time, and I haven’t had any issues before. They always have the food ready on time (even if their machine doesn’t print my order all the time) and they’re generally pretty friendly. But now, twice in a row they’ve messed up my order. Last time, they put my order in a bowl rather than a burrito (which I was only a little annoyed by because all I lost was a tortilla lol) but this time I open up my steak burrito and they didn’t put any steak in it and instead added black beans?? I ordered a to go order from this location. I was so hungry and ready to eat a big bowl of delicious chipotle. When I received the food it was the worst bowl of chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. I had asked for extra rice and they gave me the skimpiest portion of crunchy rice. Yes. The rice was crunchy and hard. Absolutely terrible and inedible. If I could give zero stars I would. Please fire everyone from this location and start fresh. Fix your store.
When I came to this chipotle, there was a tall, young, blonde girl wearing a manager uniform. She was extremely aggressive and rude. She put almost nothing in my bowl and kept giving me dirty looks. There were also a ton of fruit flies everywhere and the place was disgusting.
Worst Chipotle experience ever. One girl working the front by herself...I felt bad for her. Grill man walking around aimlessly on his smartphone with a nasty looking dirty grill full of burnt bits. The ingredients on the warming table dirty with spillover food. Pieces of chicken and beef and pork and veggies all over the table. Portions were good, as was the food, other than really fatty and gritty chicken. Service was okay, not the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. The cashier was kind, but the line cooks were varying levels of annoyed. Cleaning was atrocious. I watched someone come out to clean the tables in the lobby and left at least one worse than what it started as. The line was also really messy. It did seem to be a bit busy, but I have definitely seen it busier and better ran.
