Hate ordering burritos because it’s never wrapped correctly and falls apart after my first bite.
Tried to get the new pollo asada and was told could only order on door dash or through the app they could not sell it at the counter. Good way to loose a customer.
Have been out of multiple ingredients every time we’ve come for the last month. Always short staffed. Tables always dirty and trash is always overflowing. Drastically too expensive for the amount of time I had to wait in line on a Saturday night at 7:30pm to then find out that they were out of many of the ingredients I (and many others) were hoping to get. One single employee serving the entirety of the in-store customers with the line out the door while a minimum of 2-3 employees fulfilled online orders in the back made it very obvious where this store’s priorities lie and reflects very poorly on management. Corporate should shut this location down. Every time I come here, they are only taking digital orders because they “don’t have enough staffing” and I can see 6-8 people working. This time, my family were the only people in the store. Not sure how hard it would’ve been to serve us, but they can’t be super profitable with this model. In the past, when we have put in the digital order, it took them 90 min to make. All the while, they were serving walk ins ahead of us. No idea what it going on here
