Disgusting. Chips are stale and guac is over salted as if they are trying to give people high blood pressure. The food prep area is always unclean, and the guac had EVERYTHING in it that didn’t belong. Instead of changing it out, they scooped the debris back and gave me the salty scrapping ftom the bottom… how is the rice chewy???? I will never spend another dollar here.
I placed an online order and it was prepared completely wrong. I am a gestational diabetic and can have limited carbs. I ordered a salad they put 5 pieces of lettuce and a ton of rice in it. My husband went back to have it remade and they forgot to put sour cream on it and filled it 1/4 of the way. When I called back I was told the manager was not told about the issue. I ordered a burrito for lunch. The fajita vegetables weren't ready yet. I waited at the register to pay for my food but the cashier was doing other work behind the service line. I got tired of waiting and walked out without my lunch. ATTN : Management ; If you need more prep time bring your staff in earlier. All items should be ready when you are open for business. Please have an adequate staffing level to provide good customer service.
