I ordered a bowl and it was very tasty, I also ordered chips but the bag was barely full.
Sadly, another example of lack luster work ethic plaguing many restaurants. Absolutely zero sense of any urgency from (some of) the employees. Waited in line for 30 minutes then took another 10 to make a burrito and bowl. Tables and floors not clean. Bathroom - yikes.
Server was extremely rude and rushing me like I was an annoyance rather than a customer. He was barely listening to what I wanted on my order. I was only adding simple things like cheese - not special requsts. He didn't even wait for my order to get to the topping area and said "this it?" Like He thought the order should've been done after rice, beans, and chicken. There was a new trainee and he was being extremely rude to her as well. It wasn't even busy. I should have just walked out. That's how terrible the employee was.
I love the food at every other location. Unfortunately the level of service at this location is Sooooooooo Very bad, it is hard to believe the food is prepared properly and sanitary. The entire restaurant is EXTREMELY filthy, and whoever is training the young staff has not instilled any level of quality service. They all look and act like they'd rather be somewhere else.
