Night crew Service is Terrible , attitudes Terrible, go flip chicken at canes if making bowls is a problem.
The workers act like they pay for the food, got less than half a bowl with less than half a ladle of queso. This place has gone to shit.
THEY CLOSE AT 9 NOT 11
I placed my order ahead of time specifically so it would be ready when I arrived, yet somehow I still had to wait because my order wasn’t prepared. Meanwhile, I’m seeing employees taking a break an hour before closing while customers are waiting for their food. Skimped on portions & food tasted old I’ll definitely think twice before coming here
My bowl had rice, beans and meat that fit only 25% of the bowl- the food does NOT match the price. This was a new trainee but the staff helping them could see. And one thing really made me upset was that the cashier lady dropped my water and soda bottles in the same paper bag as my good crushing my Chipotle bowl- really disappointed and I did not want to go back, ask, make a big deal and create negative energy.
