wednesday 07/15/2026 2:45pm - female employee on register slammed down partners food and walked away for 5 minutes, my finished burrito was sitting there and the line assembler continued cleaning with no customers - but not checking me out. I eventually grabbed my burrito, threw down 15 bucks for my 11 dollar burrito, and left. Horrible service and downright strange experience.

As soon as I was trying to order the guy took a lady order which was a quesadilla and their quesadilla machine wasn’t working so they had to warm it up on the tortilla warmer and the guy did not took my order which he was warming up the lady’s food so the other worker took my order but with an attitude I also asked for a quesadilla they warmed it up in the tortilla warmer also, but the guy that took the lady’s order was getting people’s order and warming up tortillas and taking my quesadilla out the warmer instead of doing t... read more
I think when we go into a chain restaurant we pretty much expect the same result. That is until you go to one that has an exceptional crew. Jeremy and Gabriel were just so delightful and pleasant and just made the experience very nice on top of the food being excellent. I highly recommend this Chipotle for their fun kind staff.
