I have visited this Chipotle location several times, and unfortunately each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The staff attitude and overall level of customer service is absolutely awful. There is never any acknowledgment of customers waiting, no apologies for delays, and no simple “thank you” after being served. The service at the front counter is just absolutely ridiculous. All you have to say is have a great day. Very disappointing when it comes to service here.
Popular chipotle place in Atlanta of course cause u have a view of the skyline & of course good tasting bowls here as well so a very popular place big time
They are feeding people at this location! Everything looked fresh and ready for consumption. The food area was wiped clean. There was an OBVIOUS leak on the floor coming from the soda or ice machine. Nothing the staff could do about that! Warm welcome from the staff and they was ABSOLUTELY NO skimping on portions on June 4, at 1pm. Thank yall for giving customers the amount of food the Chipotle commercials advertise without a single customer asking for a “little more please”!
