I barely got any rice or beans, customer service was horrible and they were rude to everyone.
Went on Bogo day. What the website said was not the case. Then got a bag of chips stale! Went back and asked for another one. Stale!! When I asked if they had actual fresh ones that weren't stale she told me I would have to pay for another bag. I asked for my money back. She seemed annoyed but I got it. Needless to say at that point I had lost my appetite. So $45 in the trash.
When you order delivery, the portion is really small—only half of what they serve when you're at the restaurant.
I order from here regularly, at least several times a week however, I’m over this location at this point. I’ll drive to Skibo. The portions are getting way too small. It’s ridiculous, I should not be able to shake my bowl and hear the food. My bowls have been so light, they almost feel empty before opening and you can see the bottom of the bowl. I don’t even get full anymore. I don’t understand why they’re so stingy.
