The automated phone is pathetic. No opportunity to get through to a local restaurant. If the food wasn't so good would never set foot in Chipotle's again.
I ordered a double chicken bowl, but I was very disappointed with the portion I received. I paid extra for double chicken, yet the amount in my bowl looked more like a single serving. If customers are paying for extra protein, they should receive the correct portion every time. I hope the staff pays closer attention to portion sizes and serves orders consistently. I enjoy Chipotle, but experiences like this make it hard to justify paying extra. Please make sure customers get what they pay for.
**NOTICE: This Google review is less about the overall restaurant and staff, but more specifically about the employee who made order number #4S6-BA2 on Saturday January 27th at 6:00 p.m. I don't believe I have ever called Chipotle to complain or praise about my experience; this will be my first.
