No wonder this place has suck bad reviews. I got LITERALLY 5 pieces on chicken in my burrito bowl. 5 and when I said something the woman making it just stared at me. Ridiculous. Go to a different location. This one sucks.
This is the worst chipotle I ever been to. Mind you I have a half hour break. I had to wait in line over 26minutes just to get food mind you there was only six people in front of me. They had one person preparing the food, one person at the register, very dysfunctional. The woman never changed her gloves as she was making people’s orders. I’m allergic to avocado don’t mind you. Worst chipotle ever visited !!! Iv been here 5 times … alll times have been horrible and always messy . By far the worst was today so i had to do a review! This location should be shutdown or a fresh start with employees that are taught the correct way.
Me, my sister and brother in law all ordered here for dinner. We ordered a bowl with double meat for 6 extra dollars and did not get our second meat at all and very little meat of the first kind. Our other bowl was missing corn, beans, and cheese. They also completely forgot our side of queso that we paid 2.50 for. Also my sister is a vegetarian and she is the one who ordered the queso and when we went back to get it after they forgot it, it had huge chunks of steak in it. Very disappointed. Do not go here!!! I would’ve preferred to drive farther if i knew what i was getting!!! >:( i went and got a burrito(which would’ve been delicious) but when i got it i felt like i was eating the earth!? There was rice on one side of the burrito, meat on the other side, and a fat glob of sour cream in the middle! You cannot tell me that wasn’t the equator.
