Horrible honesty. Ordered a chicken burrito & cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla was not even cooked all the sides were spilt into eachother. Had it remade. Was eating the burrito and noticed it had no meat! Went back to see if they could fix it also and was met with instant attitude! Yuck! They would not remake it and met us with sassy remarks for simply trying to get what we had ordered. Would NOT recommend!!
Every single table was dirty. The food prep area was filthy. And the employees were goofing off and yelling.
don’t come here for the chipotle lane unless you got an hour to spare, my order was scheduled for 7pm I am still here waiting in line at 7:45, the car at the window has been waiting for 10 mins for one order. Don’t accept mobile orders where people pay ahead of time if you can barely get through your walk in line.
Very disappointing experience. I drove 40 minutes because I was craving Chipotle and was really looking forward to my meal. While my bowl was being made, I got to the guacamole and noticed it looked extremely dark, old, and unappetizing. I asked if they could make a fresh batch, but the employee told me they had to finish serving that guacamole before they could make more.
