Hi Chipotle. Let's talk about this. I was driving back home from a weekend in Baltimore with my daughter and we decided to hit up your restaurant in Orchard Park. It was a Sunday. We went here on Wednesday 7/1 around 7:15. I ordered a bowl for me and a bowl for my son . Both of which were only partially filled. I have never been to a chipotle where the bowl doesn't even come up to the top of the bottom container. My wife wanted to order tacos but was told that they had no taco shells hard or soft. She decided to order a bowl and get chips and queso. Surprisingly they were out of chips as well. When asked about the 20 +bags on the shelf we were told that those were for online orders only. Worst place you can eat literally have to order double everything just to get served a normal sized meal costing me $18 for a 500 cal dinner what a joke will never return to this dump.
Its almost impossible to order a online bowl at this location without getting the worst possible proportions
Chipotle is always amazing the people at this location suck so much the employees at this location are the worst rude loud and complain when you ask a question
