The rice is literally crunchy 50% of the time.... Turns an overpriced burrito into an absolute ripoff.
Using a scale to measure out the protein is crazy work are we down this bad where an extra piece of chicken will make or break the business?
Stopped for a quick bite for lunch. Discovered a salad has lettuce in the bottom, a bowl has lettuce on the top.
I was given good customer service, helped quickly, but the food tasted terrible and the ingredients were not in the right proportions, and I even spoke up about getting that right. Ultimately I was disappointed. They seem like a great Chipotle. They'll probably do better for you.
Love this Chipotle!!! Such amazing and attentive staff and the food was 10/10 !!!
