Walked in with a long line and still had my food in under 10 mins. Super friendly staff too
Good service surprisingly but the food has gone way down in quality from 20 years ago. I think the chain has gone way downhill under CEO Boatwright.
Consistently one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to and visit at least once, sometimes twice when I'm in town. Wish my area had one this good.
Horrible horrible horrible experience. This was my first time ever having chipotle and the service that I received was disgusting. I greeted the guy when I walked in and he just stared at me with a blank face. I told him what I wanted and asked him for recommendations and he couldn’t tell me, apparently he hasn’t tasted any of the food there. Hands down the worst customer service I received. This is the only Chipotle I've ever been to that does not drain the water/broth from the Carnitas. This makes anything that has Carnitas incredibly watery and gross. Beware if you get that. Otherwise, generally good!
