I ordered 2 steak bowls and my husband and I started eating and about three to four bites in we keep getting this little crunch and we're trying to figure out what it is and the rice is not even fully cooked. This is the worst Chipotle has ever been, usually it tastes very fresh and it's way off today. I didn't have time to go back cause I have to get to my son's game so we threw the bowls away because they're not even edible. The crunch of the rice makes it taste so bad.
Whenever I order from the Chipotle on Hebron Rd, the food tastes horrible and not like the other locations in the chain. Every ingredient is off. The food is trash. Portions at chipotle in general are garbage. I want my money back because the food is not edible. Someone please come and investigate the whole staff.
