I got an order, and all the portions were half of what they usually were. I usually dont have any problems here, but it was just so underwhelming.

Avacado is not fresh it’s getting color changed. Food safety matters.
1 star. Ordered through the Chipotle pickup lane and they only handed me one of the two bags in my order. By the time I got home and realized half the food was missing, there was no way to contact the actual restaurant — the phone system only connected me to a remote support agent who offered me a free drink, which didn’t even come close to making up for the amount of missing food or the inconvenience.
