My barbacoa bowl was more like half a bowl
I came to pick up an order for my boyfriend under his name, jeremy. He placed the order at 5:53 and I arrived in the drive thru at about 6:10. The employee could not find the order and another employee came to the window to inform me that his order was not scheduled to be ready until 6:30 and that there were 8 orders ahead of me and then told me I have to go park for 20 mins and come back at 6:30 for the food. Meat portions were skimpy. The place was filthy with food on floor, tables dirty, garbage running over. All the while, staff members looking at phones and talking, laughing with each other. Do better!
The Batavia Chipotle is always Filthy McNasty! Every inch of the restaurant was disgusting with food on floor, every table was dirty as well as the seating, garbage bins running over while staff is playing with their phones duo g any down time. To top it off, the amount of meat in my crispy tacos really pissed me off. I got a very unpleasant reaction when I asked for more meat in one taco that was sorely missed, I was given 2 minuscule pieces of chicken. Suffice it to say, I will never go back to the Batavia Chipotle.
