This location has sanitation and food safety issues. Every time I eat here, I get violent diarrhea. My order is always a burrito with white rice, no beans, chicken, a little sour cream, and lettuce. I put a little Tabasco on it sometimes. Nothing crazy on the stomach. Eating the same order at other Chiptoles does not result in violent diarrhea.
Decided to use my rewards for free guacamole. Guy was grumpy as he handed me my meal. Drove the 5 miles home, and was there guacamole on my chicken bowl? NO. Won't go to this location agIn.
Don't order take out its horrible here they take forever and only tend to dine in store orders
They forgot the chicken in my son's burrito, we waited like 5 mins just to pay (the girl said "I forgot I was on cash today"), had to ask for a bottle opener for our sodas. When we went up to ask them to fix the burrito, they said it was "half-eaten at this point," so they wouldn't remake it. He had taken ONE BITE. They finally agreed to remake it "this one time." 🙄 Horrible customer service. Seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. 😕
I ate here today.. I don’t know what brings me here instead of going to QDOBA which is better I asked for double and paid 17$ but I get only few beef protein ! Also I asked for Pico de gayo which I love it in my bowl they said we’re out of Pico de gayo.. Don’t know how a place like that with so many people in the kitchen cannot provide a small dish of anion and tomato ! And yes I was free to say I don’t want that bowl anymore , but the same time I was embarrassed to say it.. Well, last time in Chipotle..
