So awful, everytime I go here they have negative staff, EVERYTIME. If you don’t like what you do maybe you shouldn’t be working somewhere where you don’t care about what you’re doing or making for your customers. Went straight home and had awful stool. Didn’t even finish half of my bowl. Always disappointing to go because I try to give it a good shot here every time. I do not know how you train your staff but something needs to change here.

I submitted my order directly through Chipotle, showed up 5 minutes prior to my order ready while no one else was in store or in line. I informed them my name and then waited for my food as they stared at me. While waiting for my 1 bowl 6 other people were served. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes after my order time was supposed to be ready. I then asked for a refund due to still not receiving my order. Management is pretty horrible. 90% of the time you walk in and they say they’re only doing mobile orders because I guess they don’t have enough people to take walk in orders. They open at 10:45. So I came today at 11 to pick up a mobile order. When I arrive, there’s literally a line of like 30 people standing outside the place. I guess someone came out and told everyone they still need a few minutes to get ready. Right now it’s like 11:15 and they still haven’t opened the doors.
