Spent 92$ here and you did not send napkins or utensils. For someone in a hotel, what are they to do? You don’t care about your customers
Purchased a bowl with pinto beans. Beans were dry she looked at the other station said they were about the same because there were little left she didn't get more to replace the almost empty container. I asked for steak & extra steak steak was so tough couldn't chew it asked for queso it was the bottom of the container dry 22$ wasted
Food is good. Service is awful. Staff in back standing and watching as one person is taking orders, prepping food and checking out. Lines out the door every time we come and staff has zero urgency amd stands around. Expect to be here 30 minutes by the time you get your food
