I like the drive through pickup option. As for the atmosphere , I have it been in the store and a while.
Hello, I recently ordered a chicken meal from Chipotle, but I believe there may have been another type of meat mixed in. I have never eaten beef or pork before, so I cannot say for certain what it was, but it did not look or taste like chicken”. It appeared that pieces of another meat may have been mixed with my chicken order. This was very concerning and upsetting because I specifically ordered chicken. I would like to understand what happened and would appreciate any investigation or resolution you can provide
Busy place, but they still got my order right and the portions are incredible! A lot better than some other locations. Also, clean store.
2026 September 1st, I went into this establishment to place my order, the counter was so dirty it looked like a food fight, food sliding down from counter to floor. So slow. I mean why are you putting only one person FOH to serve AND work the register? Any time I come here on my lunch breaks, they are always out of food, the line moves outrageously slow, and they are clearly understaffed. Even during prime hours, there’s usually only one person working the front and the register.. like what? I waited 20 minutes in a line of only 5-6 people.
