Awesome employees, good food, good portions.
The worst chipotle experience I have ever had.
Consistently the worst location I’ve have seen this far. Not just a blind review with one bad experience. Have ordered and picked up three times and have yet to have an order successfully fulfilled yet. If it’s delivery, there is no cutlery, no napkins, wrong order or missing and item. Second time I received someone else’s order entirely. Third time I received wrong ingredients. Consistently the worst branch I have visited. Double check everything.
This is the first time I ever ate chipotle and decided to stop trying it the man that was making our food was lazy and rude our food was COLD and the sitting area was dirty there was finger prints all over the table old food crumbs on the tables and food!! For the first time trying this place I’m disappointed we will not be back our food should’ve been hot for the fact of how much 2 burritos 2 large drinks and a kids meal was almost 50$ RIDICULOUS.
I use to frequent this place at least once a week. But the last year, my experience has been so bad I quit going. I tried it again yesterday and after waiting in line for a bit and looking around, I lost my appetite and walked out. It was 5pm—which to me is the beginning of the dinner shift so everything should be ready to go and cleaned up from the day. But no. It was filthy.
