One person working for a line of 12 people. Rude workers. Extremely dirty, garbage overflowing, floor disgusting. Bathroom awful. Completely a mess. If this was our first Chipotle experience we would not repeat. Negative stars. Owner and management need a full revamp on this place. Would not be surprised if there were health violations given the overt dirtiness. Bad!!!!
Horrible experience everytime idk why I come here. I got a coupon for double protein which is why I even came today because I’m pregnant and need extra protein. Then I get to the cashier their scanner says promo not working. Not the cashiers problem I guess they just gotta keep it going. Like bruh what a scam. They can’t honour a 3$ discount when it’s their promo? It’s not expired it’s in my app. Really just made me upset and I didn’t even wanna eat
Went there with my family and it had the cleanest lobby and freshest queso I had in awhile
This Chipotle staff are incredibly poorly organjzed. I can in after 8pm and saw 4 employees: one preparing to-go orders in the back, one cooking, one making orders for the line and restocking, and one standing at the register. The register employee was just standing there most of the time, so the single employee taking orders and restocking was incredibly slow trying to manage everything and the line moved very slowly (there were only like 5 people in front of me, but it took probably 20 minutes to get to the front of the li... read more
