I love Chipotle. Out of all the cities I frequent, this is BY FAR the worst one. I regret it every single time. The food is extremely inconsistent. The worst part is the complete lack of customer service. Stood in line for 15 min with an empty store and one person ahead of me, while other employees goofed around with each other. I like chipotle, but this visit gave both my husband and I upset stomachs. Our meals tasted good, the cilantro lime sauce was a little spicy. The staff was friendly.
Ordered via doordash. They forgot half the items I requested in my burrito bowl. On top of a bag of stale overly salted chips. I'm so disappointed in this meal. They charge too much, to make these types of mistakes.
