This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had at any Chipotle, restaurant, or retail establishment. I visited this location around 8:30 PM today on June 2 and ordered a burrito bowl to go from the shorter, heavier lady with red hair in a bun. Everything was completely normal until I politely asked for a little more chicken because the portion was very small. The employee immediately stopped what she was doing and became hostile. Shitty place shitty food shitty service. I think this sums it up !!
Normally, I don’t like leaving negative restaurant reviews because I understand they can hurt a business. However, this experience was extremely disappointing. I recently returned from South Carolina and visited the Myrtle Beach location, and the food there was completely different from the Windward location. The quality at this location was very poor, the staff seemed robotic and unfriendly, and the food quality was far below what I have experienced at other Locations. I’m sorry to say this, but I will not be returning.
