I drive further to this chipotle bc the one in the festival is not good. Sometimes this chipotle doesn't have salad dressing which should be added as a side in the app. the workers are pleasant and I don't have issues. I always get the same thing.
My 5 year old son burned his hands in the bathroom at this location and both attempts to address it with the shift manager were pointless. These no-handle sensor sinks have a pre set temp and it was heating up way beyond anything a person could handle. No sign taped to the wall to warn, nothing. As a customer, I can’t care about the facility more than an employee, let alone manager. Food was standard chipotle. The service from the line employees was good, but the manager on shift was about as apathetic as I’ve ever seen.
Hours are incorrect and they were closed at 9:30P
Dude with the beard at 1pm ,at the register didnt say hello, bye, anything else, nada. Like being served by an ice cube tray. I dont need a random conversation but at least return the greeting. Do better Chipotle!!
