Milli deserves a raise, his customer service is better then qdoba
Second time at a Chipotle. Shared a “bowl” with family, with chips and guacamole. I ate some chips. Didn’t care for the bowl selection (ordered by family). Service was satisfactory. No greeting from staff upon entering. Atmosphere was lacking. Tables were dirty. This location sits next to a large medical center, which might have some reflection on these issues.
I am currently experiencing poor service from the cashier at the register. As I approached, she allowed the door to slam shut in my face. Additionally, she left her post to use her phone. The staff members at the front were diligently calling her back to the register. Upon her return, she exhibited an attitude and had her phone in hand. Evenings are always so terrible. Went in on June 28th Sunday night. Several people walked out because the employees are to busy socializing and cussing up a storm. I was in line for 30 minutes plus and only had 4 people in front of me.
