Terrible employees - just such a hot mess it’s hard to know where to begin. Employees trying to avoid making food, employees who can’t use the register, inconsistent food, etc. One of the worst chipotle stores.
In place an order using Door Dash. honey Chicken Burrito Bowl. The Order arrived with no Honey chicken in the Bowl. I called the store to find a solution. I was told that if I drive to the location I ll be given the missing chicken and that is the only thing they can do. If I could drive to the store, I would not have paid extra for delivery service and waited 40 min for the wrong order to arrive. Bad Customer Service. Unable to find a solution to a problem that should have not happened from the start.
Tonight, Thursday, August 13th, around 9:00 PM, my friends and I dined at your establishment. We were attended to by a short, dark-complexioned Latina waitress who was INCREDIBLY RUDE. While we understand that customer service can be exhausting and stressful, her attitude was unacceptable. She brought us whatever she pleased and in MINISCULE portions; my plate was barely filled. The service was terrible. My friends and I are regulars and normally receive wonderful service, but tonight we were treated horribly by this lady.
Add this to the list of Chipotle's in the area whose sole mission is to give you the least amount of food possible. I will not be returning, I would recommend Qdoba and Moe's which are down the street and actually take pride in giving their customers what they pay for.
After years of going to the Chipotle on Yukon Dr., I switched to this Belmont Chase location, and I’m surprised by how much difference the location and staff make. The employees here are consistently friendly, welcoming, and never make you feel rushed. They take their time, answer questions politely, and always seem happy to help.
