Customers were left standing outside in the Arizona sun well past the posted opening time, only to be let inside and asked to wait even longer because the food wasn’t ready. I was allowed to build my entire order pay and when I asked for The vinaigrette for one of the salads ordered I was asked to wait another 10 minutes beyond the time Already suffered ..Poor planning, poor communication, and a frustrating customer experience. This location continues to find new ways to disappoint.
Often, this location falls short of expectations. Usually, it's waiting 30-60mins after the promised time. Sometimes, it's portion sizes or missing items. A few times just this year, they've been completely out of cheese, queso, chicken, steak, etc. Every single time, there are no utensils in the carryout bag. Probably need to just go in person rather than using the app so I can see issues on the spot. I've lowered my score again on 10/13/25. Added more photos on 6/12/2026 of half empty bowls, despite ordering extra.
