My fiancee Chris received an order half eaten or someone was eating out of it and put a little rice on one side. In the photo you can see little green like lettuce or what is garnish that wasn't in the order at all. The order was just rice, chicken, black beans and the cilantro lime sauce. So why does the bowl look this way. Then tried to get a refund and was told no but I will be trying again for him. This just isn't right.
Food is always excellent and fresh try them out staff is very friendly
I ordered a burrito bowl and did not get my queso cheese also they added hot yellow which I did not order, not to mention the burnt chips that I received. Highly unsatisfying will never return
I’ve been here several times and they never have ICE, I don’t understand how they never have ICE. Atleast tell people it every time so we don’t purchase hot beverages. Not coming here anymore
