Went on a Sunday. The staff seemed sloppy and messy. The counter where they were making the food needed to be cleared off. The bowl i got had pieces of rice, salsa, meat juice and other stains for the prep counter. The portions were huge.
Unfortunately not my best visit here. The food portion was noticeably smaller. I had quality issues with a few items I ordered. The chips were salty and soggy. I had specifically asked that be prepared fresh, so that was disappointing. And when I asked to have them replaced, my server said that they didn’t have any fresh chips available in the size I ordered. There were several items not available on the menu. This was approximately 8:00pm on a Saturday night.
Sometimes I order for pick up at this location, this is the third time in a row that I have had similar issues. Ordered two burrito bowls, for pickup shortly after they open. There is a substantial line for pick up, the cashier just stands there between orders not helping the line. One guest comes in, sees the line, asks for a manager and they help him, while I have been there standing 10 minutes with zero recognition.
