Always forgets my guacamole when I order it online. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if I didn’t pay extra for it, but I do and it’s been an ongoing problem. I would not recommend
I ordered a bowl with chicken and carnitas and when I looked at the receipt when I got home they charged me for carnitas and steak! Essentially over charging me. The cashier even double checked with me and when I said chicken and carnitas because the server wrote the wrong order on the cover.
We have always come to this chipotle since it’s been and it’s been one of our favorites when we found out that they did first responder. We were so grateful since not a lot of people do it. We’ve always gotten our discount until tonight. We were so rudely accused we showed our badge she criticized dice and then decided to not give us the discount, even though she has given it to a multiple times. Placed a digital pickup order and stood at the window for 5 minutes. The employees saw but ignored. I went inside and when I told the cashier I was waiting at the digital lane pickup for 5 minutes she didn’t even apologize. Worst service ever!!
