I come to this location a lot, it’s typically hit.. sometimes a miss like anywhere. However, today 5/31/26 was a horrible experience with customer service with the really short haired girl working the line. She rushed my order yet there was no one in the restaurant which.. whatever, but she was super rude during the whole encounter. She skimped all of our protein and when I asked her to add more to just one bowl she put 3 little tiny pieces - petty but ok. I have never had a problem with Chipotle until today with an employee named Jasmine I think her name was. I have gotten a kids meal multiple times at different locations and I get guac with no meat or rice so therefore I get extra sides at no extra cost. She chose to charge us for the lettuce and salsa. I told her it’s a guac kids build your own and I have never been charged. She was rude about that she had to charge it she was sarcastic when saying bye.
