Honey chicken is good, many people working there and nobody cleans the counters, takes out the trash, or cleans the floor. Also worker making the burrito had a cough and displayed unsanitary behavior.
terrible customer care
It clearly states on the their foor that this location opens up at 10:45am, yet we stood at the door till 11:10am and no one even came out to explain why they aren't open. No acknowledgement whatsoever from the staff. Not even the manager offered any explanation
Mobile order. The steak in the kids meal, burrito bowl, and the burrito was really gross. The kids wouldnt eat it. A complete waste. The chips tasted a couple days old. It is so hard when you do mobile. The new chicken tasted nice. Rice was very bland I reached out for support but haven't heard anything yet. So sad.
