Has generally been good, however I went today & got 1/4 of the way through my double chicken bowl to discover I had some raw chicken! Never returning.
Not sure why they have 7+ staff on the clock and ONE on the line while the rest clean when they have a lobby line to the door. Staff seriously need to prioritize customers over getting ahead on closing tasks.
UPDATE 6/13/26: This place has gone to hell in a handbasket. When they opened it was great and it stayed that way up until this year. It continues to decline. Between the slow staff that clearly don't know or care to make food properly or the trashy way the lobby is kept, I don't know what's worse. Really disappointing and the best part is we know if anyone from the store reads this comment they will leave some stupid reply and not do anything about it!
If I could give no stars for this location I would Apple Glen is just awful. Horrible customer service. The couple of times I have been to this location I have witnessed and been a part of walking out without food due to customer service. Food is never ready, tables are always a mess except for the one closest to the register/food. I have never had an issue with any other chipotle in the area, just this location. Based on the other reviews looks like I am not alone in this.
