The was a hair in the caso and the worker just picked it out with his finger. He should have changed the entire tub. I refused to get my order and men with full beards should be wearing hair nets

I’ve been to Chipotle in Ontario, Oregon three times. The first two visits were great — the food, portions, and service were all excellent. Tonight, May 21 at 7:13 PM, my host was Clarissa. Unfortunately, they were out of steak, so I ordered chicken instead. The chicken portion was extremely small compared to my previous visits, which was disappointing. I wish all employees served consistent portions so customers know what to expect each time they visit. Consistency really makes a difference.
