I visited this Chipotle location on a Sunday around 9:00 PM, even though the restaurant does not close until 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Several food options were already unavailable, including white rice and black beans, and they were not preparing more food even though the restaurant was still open for another two hours. Review – Chipotle (Branch Avenue) I placed mobile order GK-1-9-A-6, which was scheduled to be ready at 9:10 p.m. I arrived on time and picked up my order around 9:12 p.m. The order included a chicken bowl and chicken tacos. The worst chipotle. Customer service is some. They stand there ignoring people while they had atleast 15 people in that store! Always have a problem at this chipotle! Need new staff
