Staff is rude!
Look at the reviews. They’re true! This place is awful. When I went there was no guacamole, tomato, lettuce, and serving trays… and the portion they give is teeenyyy tiny. The place is a mess and dirty, and the workers seem lazy (but they are nice). Not having trays means you didn’t wash them. And lettuce? Pretty sure they did not run out but just didn’t feel like cutting them. And a couple times we heard the workers scream out loud— it was scary. Extremely slow service. Online orders always take 20-30 minutes more time than the app says
I ordered a Burrito and it came with a long hair in it. When I called, they refunded the money but gave no compensation for this disgusting experience.
This is the filthiest chipotle ive ever seen. Nauseating. There's trash stuffed everywhere and hungry crows all over the outdoor seating ripping entire bags apart. Should be reported to the health department. I took photos because I doubt they'd believe it. I wanted to sit outside but it's a literal trash dump. I threw out my dinner and walked out.
