Great food!! Just left there.
Although the employees are kind, this location is super messy. The mess didn’t bother me much, I’d usually bring my own wipes to clean my sitting area. But today, I found half of a grasshopper in my food. I felt so disgusted I couldn’t hold in the food I had already ate. A good amount of people saw me pull out the insect from my bowl. Are employees at this location ever assigned to clean? Every time we eat at this location, the number of employees always outnumber the customers. Yet it seems like everyone is too busy to clean. Today, we were the only customers at the time and while waiting for our order, we started cleaning the table OURSELVES... all while the employees continued chatting with each other. Probably my worst experience at a chipotle. I ordered a burrito for pick up and upon getting back to work to eat, I open the bag to see the burrito was not wrapped properly. The food was coming out of the tortilla and it was like they used the foil to cover up the unfinished wrapping of the burrito. I went back to the store to inform them and the line cook remade the order, but completely wrong.
